What each seller publishes about itself
The four facts this site scores, for all 16 sellers on the roster: the pharmacy named, the price posted, the coverage list, the labs. 8 publish no coverage list at all, which is shown as not published and never as zero states.

What these four facts are, and what they are not
This site scores sellers on four yes-or-no facts, each worth an equal quarter: whether it names the compounding pharmacy that fills the prescription, whether it posts a price, whether it publishes a state-coverage list, and whether bloodwork is included in that price. The score grades disclosure — what a company is willing to say about itself in public. It is not a rating by customers, not a safety assessment, and not a clinical judgement of anything in a vial.
Read a “No” in the table as “does not publish this,” not as “does the opposite.” A seller that does not name its pharmacy may still use a perfectly ordinary one; what can be checked from outside is whether it says so.
Why 8 rows read “not published” and none reads zero
8 of the 16 sellers here publish no state-coverage list anywhere on their own site. Where that is the case the fact is genuinely unknown from outside, and an unknown rendered as a number is a false claim about a real company. Every such cell reads “Not published” here, and each seller's own review sets out what it does disclose about where it operates.
An FDA warning letter appears as a count in the last column and changes nothing else on this page. 1 of the 16 sellers on the roster has one. A letter discloses something a reader should know and read for themselves; it does not, on its own, disqualify a company, and most such letters concern marketing and labeling claims rather than the contents of a vial.
All 16 sellers
Sorted alphabetically, deliberately. There is no overall ranking of sellers on this site: a compound board ranks the sellers of one compound, and a roster-wide leaderboard would claim more than four disclosure facts can support.

Advertising a compound is not publishing a price for it
The two right-hand columns are a different question from the four facts. A seller can post prices — clearing the price test outright — and still advertise compounds it prices nowhere a reader can see. Across the roster, 4 of the 16 sellers advertise 12 compounds between them without publishing a figure this site can read as a monthly rate.
The widest gap is Live Vital, which advertises 9 compounds and publishes 2 figures. The cost tool names every seller in that position on each board it covers, rather than estimating a monthly cost from a vial price nobody attached a period to.
