Provider names and logos belong to their owners

Every company name, product name, and logo on this site is the property of its owner.

They appear here to identify the companies being compared, which is what a comparison site has to do to be readable. Nothing more is claimed by using them.

No affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship

Compare Peptide is independent of every company it covers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting for any of them.

A review is not authorized by its subject, and no provider previews a page, approves a score, or signs off on a verdict before it publishes.

A paid affiliate relationship, where one exists, is a commission arrangement and nothing else. It grants no license to a provider's marks beyond identifying the company, and it does not make this site part of that company.

Where a provider's own claim is quoted, it is presented as that provider's claim, attributed to the page it came from.

Our own marks

Compare Peptide, the comparepeptide.org name, and the site's mark identify this publication.

No trademark registration is claimed for the name or the mark. The rights claimed are the common-law rights that come from using them as the identifier of this publication.

You may use the name to refer to this site, quote a page briefly with attribution, and link to it. That is ordinary referential use and needs no permission.

You may not use the name or mark to imply that this site endorses, certifies, ranks, or partners with your company. A score printed here is not a badge to reproduce on a sales page as an endorsement.

Write to hello@comparepeptide.org, which is the contact for copyright, trademark, and permission matters.

Include the mark or work at issue, the page and the exact element you are writing about, what you are asking for, and your authority to act for the owner.

Claims are read and answered, a misuse gets fixed, and an attribution that should have been there gets added.

Copyright notices go to the same address, hello@comparepeptide.org, and are read as rights-holder correspondence.

What a correction here does not change

Correcting an attribution corrects an attribution. An accurate statement about what a company publishes, or does not publish, stays on the page.

Factual disputes about a review belong on the corrections page, with the published source that settles them.
